"It was fine, just not quite there"
I got a basic manicure at Regal Nails, it was okay. The nail tech was nice, and I did like the shape overall, but something about the polish just felt a little off. A couple nails looked uneven, and I kept noticing it even though it wasn’t a huge thing.
It only lasted a few days before it started chipping, which felt disappointing. I wouldn’t say it was terrible or anything, but I left feeling like it should’ve looked cleaner for what I paid

"So many polish colors"
They had so many shades to choose from, and I actually found the one that felt perfect. It was just easy and fun to pick one out

"Didn’t look like the photo at all"
I asked for a simple nail design and even showed a clear picture, but it just come out nothing like it. The lines was uneven and the colors didn’t really match right either. I still paid, but I left feeling disappointed. I don’t think I’d go back there for nail art.

"I had a little mix-up with my appointment..."
I had a little mix-up with my appointment at first, which was annoying because I really didn’t want my day thrown off. But Regal Nails got back to me fast and handled it without making it a whole thing. The staff was nice about it, and in the end I got my nails done and left happy. Things happen, but what mattered to me was that they fixed it and I still got what I came in for.

I just had a good feeling about these for the price, and they turned out to be worth it. Nothing too fancy, but definitely a solid buy for the money.

"Gel polish last really good"
I got gel polish done here and it stay shiny for over two weeks with no chips at all. I was really happy with how it came out, and the price was fair too. I definitely went back again...

"Nice for a last-minute walk-in"
I like that I can just walk in without having to call ahead, you know? Sometimes the wait ends up being a little longer than what they tell you, but it’s still really convenient when I need my nails done last minute.

"Too inconsistent for me"
I’ve been here a few times, and it’s just way too hit or miss. One tech will do a solid job, then the next visit feels rushed and kind of uneven. For the same service, it shouldn’t feel like a gamble every time. And I really don’t like dealing with all the automated booking/reminder stuff when the actual experience isn’t consistent. At this point, I don’t trust it enough to book again

"Convenient, but I felt uneasy after paying"
Regal Nails is definitely convenient since it’s right inside the Walmart I already shop at. I can get my nails done and knock out my grocery run in the same trip, which saves me a lot of time. The only thing is, after I paid, I felt a little unsure about the total and didn’t get the most reassuring vibe when I asked about it. It just made me feel a bit distrustful afterward, even though the location itself is super easy.

"My nails actually lasted for once"
I got my nails done at Regal Nails, i was kind of surprised by how well they held up. I’m on my keyboard all day, and I’m always doing dishes or random stuff around the house, so usually I end up with chips fast.
This time though, they still looked nice for almost 3 weeks. There was just a little bit of growth at the bottom, but nothing crazy. Overall, I was happy with them.

"Pretty clear pricing before booking"
I pretty much knew exactly what I was paying before I booked, which I really appreciated. The prices were easy to find, and there weren’t any weird surprise charges at the end. It made the whole thing feel way less stressful

I reached out to Regal Nails because there was a problem with my appointment, and the response took longer than I expected. When someone finally got back to me, she was polite, but I had to repeat the same details twice, which was frustrating. I ended up having to push the issue a little before it felt like anyone was really taking it seriously. It did get sorted out in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was terrible, but the whole process could’ve been handled a lot more smoothly.

"Tech did a great job overall"
The tech did a really good job and pretty much nailed what I was asking for. I was happy with the final result, though I do think the appointment felt a little rushed in parts. Overall, still a solid experience.

"Really happy with my acrylics"
As someone who’s picky about my nails looking clean and not bulky, I was really happy with how these turned out. The acrylics were even, not too thick, and they held up for almost 3 weeks. One corner lifted a little toward the end, but overall I’d definitely say it was a good set...

I went to Regal Nails last week and at first I thought the place looked clean, or at least clean enough. The tools seemed like they’d been wiped down, but then I noticed I didn’t really see much hand washing between customers, which kind of changed how I felt about it. It wasn’t awful by any means, and the service was fine, but I left feeling a little unsure about the whole experience.

I’ve noticed getting the exact appointment time I want can be kind of unpredictable. This time was no different, the first options didn’t really work for me, but they did manage to fit me in later, so it worked out in the end
